Job Summary
Floater Assistant Preschool Teacher needed to support a Head Start classroom for 3-5 year-olds. Work with the Preschool Teacher to maintain a child-centered curriculum and learning environment, address challenging behaviors through observation and preventive strategies, document progress with observations and anecdotal notes, and collaborate with families to support child development. Requires strong communication skills and a passion for working with children; CDA credentials or willingness to enroll within two years, or an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree (or enrollment in a program to obtain one). Location: Cudahy, WI; hourly rate $18.78.
Required Qualifications
