Job Summary
Float Teller/Universal Banker provides teller transactions and branch support across Franklin County branches (Fairfax, Jeffersonville, St. Albans). Role train to open accounts, handle cash, ensure outstanding customer service, and support cross-selling of banking services. Full-time position with staffing coverage across multiple VT branches; prior banking experience preferred but not required; training provided. Candidate will travel between specified branches to provide staffing coverage and deliver reliable customer service in a community-focused bank environment.
Required Qualifications
- A demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service
- Previous banking experience preferred
- Demonstrated cross-selling skills
- Mathematical and computer competence
- Completion of Principles of Banking course
