Job Summary
Provide prompt and efficient member transaction processing across Framingham branches, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, and money orders while maintaining accuracy and quality control. Actively listen to members, assess needs, cross-sell and guide products to meet goals, and promote Credit Union services. Maintain a courteous, team-oriented environment, stay compliant with policies, and participate in product knowledge and training to support service excellence.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Cash handling experience
- Customer service experience
- Good organizational skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to operate office equipment (computer terminal)
