Job Summary
Float Teller with branch-focused responsibilities including handling a variety of banking transactions, delivering customer-centric service in the lobby, providing digital demonstrations, identifying self-service opportunities, balancing transactions, handling customer inquiries and escalations, initiating introductions to banking partners, and performing routine branch operations (cash ordering, vault, ATM, wire transfers) while adhering to policy, AML/BSA/KYC requirements, and internal controls to support a compliant, service-driven banking experience. The role requires frequent travel between branches within a designated area and emphasizes empathy, digital fluency, and proactive problem-solving to support customer needs and protect against losses.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- minimum of 6 months customer service experience
- data entry experience
