Job Summary
Float Teller I travels to multiple branches to provide teller services, handling deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other banking transactions while delivering customer-focused service, cash drawer accuracy, and compliance with bank policies. Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing transactions, providing account information, promoting bank products, assisting with branch operations, and supporting night depository and vault activities. Must maintain confidentiality, adhere to safety and regulatory guidelines, and be able to travel between branches as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent certification.
- Previous cash-handling or customer service experience (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of banking terminology, products, and services.
- Strong attention to detail with intermediate mathematical skills.
