Job Summary
Process financial transactions via Interactive Teller Machine and in-person teller services while maintaining exemplary customer service. Balance daily transactions, verify cash totals, and document any cash differences. Represent the bank professionally by implementing the 5 Winning Ways of Customer Service and adhering to all security policies and procedures. Maintain confidentiality of customer account information and attend annual BSA and Security training. Ensure full compliance with banking regulations and work from various banking centers within the assigned region as scheduled.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 0 to 6 months of related experience or training
- Valid driver's license or the ability to travel to other locations as needed
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide
- Must be willing and able to travel to various banking centers as scheduled
- Maintains regular and reliable attendance, punctuality and personal appearance
- Reads, writes, and communicates in a clear and efficient manner
- Adheres to all company policies and procedures, as well as all applicable banking rules, regulations, and laws (including BSA/AML)
