Job Summary
Process in-person and Interactive Teller Machine transactions efficiently while maintaining exemplary customer service. Balance daily transactions, verify cash totals, and locate any discrepancies for proper documentation. Represent the bank professionally by implementing the 5 Winning Ways of Customer Service and ensuring compliance with all policies and banking regulations. Maintain confidentiality of customer information and attend annual security training. Travel to various banking centers as scheduled to provide a variety of customer service functions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 0 to 6 months of related experience or training
- Valid driver's license or the ability to travel to other locations as needed
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide
- Must be willing and able to travel to various banking centers as scheduled
- Maintains regular and reliable attendance, punctuality and personal appearance
- Reads, writes, and communicates in a clear and efficient manner
- Adheres to all company policies and procedures, as well as all applicable banking rules, regulations, and laws (including BSA/AML)
Desired Qualifications
- Prior banking or cash handling experience
