Job Summary
Engage with members daily to listen to their situations, educate them on Blaze's financial products, and process transactions like deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments with accuracy. Provide face-to-face service while staying current on industry trends, products, and training opportunities to grow with the team. Work in a fast-paced environment supporting diverse members and teammates, embodying core values of compassion and community service. This role offers a competitive wage starting at $21/hour with Saturday hours paid at 1.5x, plus benefits including low-cost medical, dental, vision, 401k, and tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications

- Previous financial service experience
