Job Summary
Provide enthusiastic, professional, and courteous service to members and prospective members across in-person, video conference, drive-thru, and telephonic channels. Process transactions, maintain cash control, and conduct consultative conversations to uncover financial needs while meeting sales goals. Review deposits for fraud, assess interactions for impersonation, and assist with account openings, updates, and closures. Perform duties as a Branch Reservist handling Member Service Center calls and prepare teller reports. Maintain safety security procedures and demonstrate self-accountability to performance expectations. Cover staffing at any location within the San Antonio Southeast/West region on a flexible Monday through Saturday schedule.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Six months of work experience
- Attendance and promptness
- Must be able to work a flexible Monday through Saturday schedule
- Must be able to cover staffing at any location within the respective region if a business need arises including branch transfers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to solve problems, make timely and informed decisions, and apply common sense to carry out detailed written or oral instructions
- Proficient in utilizing PC, software and other office equipment
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
- Good vision (correctable), hearing, and manual dexterity
- Must be able to reach with hands and arms
- Must be able to speak clearly
Desired Qualifications
- Financial institution, customer service or sales experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Bilingual Spanish/English certification
