Float RN MDS Coordinator

Maintain compliance and accuracy with MDS 3.0 documents and manage the Resident Assessment Process to ensure timely completion for all assigned residents. Update plan of care documents regarding resident improvements, declines, and new orders, including the STNA kardex, and attend required plan of care and departmental meetings. Orient newly hired nursing staff to facility documentation requirements and assist with nursing call rotation as assigned. Ensure quarterly assessment completion and maintain ongoing communication with the Director of Nursing and Administrator. Requires current Ohio RN or LPN license, two years of MDS experience, and proficiency with care planning and the Prospective Payment System. Full-time float role across multiple locations in Northeastern Ohio.
