Job Summary
Conduct care assessments, interpret data to determine needs, and implement individualized care plans while performing skilled procedures and administering medications safely. Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to evaluate, plan, direct, and administer care incorporating cultural and psychosocial factors. Maintain accurate documentation of observations, treatments, teaching, and patient responses. Delegate routine technical functions to licensed and non-licensed personnel. Complete system-based and hospital-specific competencies. Requires two years of acute care RN experience, plus Critical Care or Telemetry experience depending on assignment, along with ACLS, PALS, and Trauma Nurse Core Course certifications. Based at Saint Joseph Hospital, a 433-bed facility part of CommonSpirit Health, offering a sign-on bonus and student loan assistance.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited/approved school of nursing
- Minimum two years of experience as an RN in an acute care facility
- Critical Care experience (for Critical Care areas)
- Telemetry experience (for Telemetry areas)
- Registered Nurse: KY license
- Basic Life Support - CPR certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification
- Trauma Nurse Core Course certification

- Bachelors Of Science Nursing
- Two years of Telemetry experience (for Telemetry areas)
