Job Summary
Develop and implement appropriate plans of care based on resident assessments while demonstrating knowledge of medications and their correct administration. Travel to multiple facilities within a designated Benedictine region as required to provide care to residents. Maintain current state licensure as an RN in good standing, utilizing strong organization and communication skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. This float role offers the opportunity to partner with a compassionate team at a non-profit senior care organization operating on core values of hospitality, stewardship, respect, and justice across the upper Midwest.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold current state licensure as a RN in good standing
- Possess organization skills required to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be able to read, write, and communicate in English
- RN (Float) is required to travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed
