Job Summary
Deliver friendly, accurate customer service and process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and payments. Balance cash drawers, maintain accuracy, and support branch operations such as ATM, vault, and night deposit tasks. Build relationships with customers to identify needs and recommend appropriate solutions while following all policies and compliance requirements. Perform basic math calculations and manage time effectively using phone and computer for daily tasks. High school diploma or equivalent required; previous customer service and cash handling experience preferred.

- Background, credit, and employment checks required
Desired Qualifications
