Float Registered Nurse (Full Time 35 Hours Weekly)

Administer and dispense medication as prescribed, conduct patient assessments, and manage intake and admissions including phlebotomy and specimen collection. Perform direct observation of clients prior to dosing, view lab results, and report any discrepancies to the supervisor. Provide counseling in health-related areas such as prenatal care, nutrition, and hygiene while maintaining clear documentation of services and patient responses. Work 35 hours weekly from 5:00am to 1:00pm with no on-call responsibilities.
