Job Summary
Provide direct patient care in the home, conducting assessments, developing care plans, and collaborating with physicians to ensure optimum care. Coordinate care and identify needs for additional services within the South Shore area. Travel and float across Hanover, Norwell, Marshfield, Rockland, Abington, Whitman, East Bridgewater, West Bridgewater, and Bridgewater. Work a 32-40 hour schedule earning $44-$55+ per hour. A current Massachusetts nursing license, two years of experience, and strong clinical assessment skills are required. Required Qualifications
- Current Massachusetts Nursing license in good standing
- Registered Nurse (bachelor's degree)
- 2+ years of nursing experience
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Ability to prioritize and triage patients

- Ability to work within a team structure
- Excellent organizational skills
- Time management skills
- Ability to work independently
- Understanding of how to access resources for patients
- Strong computer skills
