Job Summary
Float Pool RN across Bethesda Health Group locations in MO and IL. Responsibilities include accurately assesses residents' health status, develops and revises care plans with an interdisciplinary team, administers medications and IV fluids, documents interventions timely, uses SBARR for physician communication, supports call-light response and ADLs, participates in QAPI-driven problem resolution, and maintains current nursing practice through ongoing education. Requires Missouri and Illinois RN license, CPR/AED, willingness to travel between Bethesda communities, and ability to work in multiple care settings (Rehab, Long-term Care, Memory Care, and Assisted Living). Pay ranges from $45.00 to $53.00 per hour based on experience; 0–7 years: $45, 8–15 years: $49, 15–20 years: $53.
Required Qualifications
- Education from an accredited school of nursing resulting in becoming a Registered Nurse
- Current RN license in Missouri & Illinois
- Current CPR/AED certification
- Long-term care and rehab experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willing to travel and work at all Bethesda communities
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects and assist with patient transfers (200+ lbs) as needed
- Ability to document electronically and in writing
