Job Summary
Float Pool RN – Acute Care, Night Shift at Guthrie Lourdes Hospital. Float across multiple acute care units within one hospital based on your skills, providing professional nursing care during the 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM night shift. Full-time with 3 shifts per week and rotating weekends. Works with supportive teams to rotate between units, learn across specialties, and develop a broader nursing skill set. Offers up to $25,000 sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, tuition reimbursement, and opportunities for leadership pathways. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care; advocating for patients; facilitating learning; ensuring safety and quality; and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. Requires RN licensure in the state of practice and BLS certification; ACLS unit dependent.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse in the State of Practice.
- BSN in Nursing preferred.
- BLS certification.
- ACLS is unit dependent.
- Must be a registered nurse currently licensed in the state of employment with at least one year of experience.
