Float Pool RN - Med/Surg/Tele

Assess patient and family problems to develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans. Organize and prioritize patient care activities while administering medications, changing dressings, monitoring vital signs, and charting with timely documentation. Advocate for patient needs using a holistic approach and collaborate with social work, care coordination, physical therapy, occupational therapy, lab, respiratory therapy, and imaging teams. Maintain American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications and hold an Arizona RN license. This float pool role supports acutely ill adults at Saint Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix, AZ, within a nonprofit legacy of healing.
