Float Pool RN IV CCU $45K Hiring Incentive

Float Pool RN CCU responsible for delivering coordinated nursing care across units within Palomar Health, with potential to float to Critical Care, Progressive Care/IMC, Emergency Department, Acute Rehab, Post Partum, Medical/Surgical, Telemetry or Mental Health based on skills and competencies. Supervises and directs activities of nursing and ancillary personnel, collaborates with patient/family and interdisciplinary team, adheres to California Nurse Practice Act and ANA standards, and participates in patient handling and mobilization as needed. Requires English proficiency sufficient for essential functions; strong computer skills (MS Office). Night shift; 12-hour shifts; variety of clinical settings within a Health System; 3 years RN experience with 2 years Critical Care preferred; BLS and ACLS required; Bachelor's in Nursing preferred.
