Float Pool RN - Emergency

Assess patient and family problems, organize and prioritize care activities, and deliver stabilizing care to emergency patients of all ages using triage protocols. Implement nursing care plans, advocate for patient needs with a holistic approach, and document changes in patient conditions while adapting to shifting clinical situations. Provide culturally sensitive care and engage in initiatives such as patient experience programs and mentoring. Requires an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing, two years of experience, and current AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. Registered Nurses in Arizona are eligible for this float role at Chandler Regional Medical Center.
