Float Pool RN

Registered Nurse Float Pool providing direct patient care and coordinating unit activities across departments. Responsibilities include nursing rounds, patient assessments and treatments, facilitating admission, transfer, and discharge, delivering patient- and family-centered education, and care coordination with individualized treatment planning in accordance with nursing process, policies, and regulatory standards. Requires current Kentucky RN licensure, 2 years RN experience, and either a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or an Associate Degree with progress toward a Bachelor’s; BLS ACLS/PALS/NRP and dysrhythmia training as required by department.
