Job Summary
Float Pool Registered Nurse stationed at Blue Ridge Regional Hospital, rotating between Acute Care and the ED to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with medical providers. Responsibilities include coordinating and administering care using established nursing models, advocating for patients and families, and supporting clinical outcomes while pursuing ongoing education and certification support; requires BSN (or enrollment with BSN completion within 5 years), NC RN licensure, and required certifications (BLS, ALCS, PALS, CPI). The role includes eligibility for an $8,000 sign-on bonus with a 2-year commitment.
Required Qualifications
- One year of RN experience
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enroll in BSN and obtain BSN within 5 years of hire date into RN position
- Current licensure as registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing
- eNLC license may apply, licensee should confirm with NCBON
- BLS, ALCS, PALS and CPI certifications
