Float Pool Nursing - RN - Mercy Hospital South

Provide patient care across multiple units including Orthopedics, Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, ICU, Emergency Department, Behavioral Health, and Oncology. Coordinate care with other departments while maintaining professional accountability and patient confidentiality. Utilize the nursing process to deliver services consistent with Mercy Health System goals and the State Nurse Practice Act. Perform duties requiring lifting 50 pounds, prolonged standing, and physical mobility. Work flexible 12-hour or 8-hour evening shifts with tiered differentials for specialty units. Gain versatility in diagnoses and hospital operations to reduce burnout and enhance clinical skills.
