Float Pool Nursing - RN - Mercy Hospital South

Provide patient care across multiple units including Orthopedics, Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU, and Emergency Department using the Mercy Nursing Professional Practice Model. Coordinate care with other departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality. Perform duties consistent with nursing practice guidelines, the Sisters of Mercy philosophy, and the State Nurse Practice Act. Utilize the nursing process to deliver accountable care for assigned patients. Requires 1–2 years of bedside RN experience, a current RN license, and BLS certification. Offers 12-hour or 8-hour evening shifts with tiered differentials for Med/Surg, Stepdown, and ICU.
