Job Summary
The Float Pool LPN I is a part-time entry level position requiring a current LPN license in Alabama and two years hospital LPN experience in medical-surgical services. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current LPN license in the State of Alabama
- For Medical-Surgical Services, two (2) years of hospital LPN experience
- For Behavioral Medicine Unit, one (1) year of psychiatric nursing
- Current ACLS certification
- Successful course completion in Basic Cardiac Life Support
- Successful course completion of institutional basic EKG course
Desired Qualifications
- Completion of an undergraduate degree
- Two (2) or more years in healthcare experience
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
- Maintain current State of Alabama LPN licensure
