Float Pool Charge RN

Oversee a department of frontline nurses caring for patients while advocating for their support and operational goals. Mentor staff in competency, documentation, equipment use, plan of care, and National Patient Safety goals. Evaluate care provided by staff and coach improvements to ensure the standard of care is maintained. Provide direct patient care as appropriate to meet patient and department needs. This role requires an RN with two years of experience in acute care, LTC, or nursing homes, holding AHA BLS and ACLS certifications.
