Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy evaluations, treatment planning, and intervention implementation for adult patients recovering from surgeries, strokes, orthopedic injuries, and neurological conditions across Gulf Coast SNU, Lee Memorial SNU, and HealthPark Care & Rehabilitation Center. Provide daily diagnostic imaging coverage including mobility restoration and functional independence training in a 75-bed, 18-bed, and 112-bed post-acute environment. Utilize EPIC EMR system while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to manage complex medical needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors, Masters, or Doctor of Physical Therapy
- Physical Therapy License
- EPIC
