Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy evaluations, treatment planning, and intervention implementation across Gulf Coast SNU, Lee Memorial SNU, and HealthPark Care & Rehabilitation Center in Fort Myers. Examine patients recovering from surgeries, strokes, cardiac conditions, and orthopedic injuries to restore function and promote independence. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to manage caseloads for adult populations in a float role between two skilled nursing units and a rehabilitation facility. Utilize EPIC for documentation and adhere to Florida licensure requirements.
