Job Summary
Examine, evaluate, and test individuals with mechanical, physiological, and developmental impairments to determine diagnoses, prognoses, and treatment plans. Design, implement, and modify interventions to alleviate functional limitations while reducing injury risk and promoting fitness across adult populations recovering from surgeries, strokes, orthopedic injuries, cardiac conditions, and neurological disorders. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans that restore mobility and support safe transitions home. Float between Gulf Coast Skilled Nursing Unit, Lee Memorial Skilled Nursing Unit, and HealthPark Care & Rehabilitation Center in Fort Myers, Florida. Utilize EPIC for documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors, Masters, or Doctor of Physical Therapy
- Physical Therapy License
- EPIC
