Job Summary
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients recovering from surgeries, strokes, cardiac conditions, and orthopedic injuries across Gulf Coast SNU, Lee Memorial SNU, and HealthPark Care & Rehabilitation Center. Design and modify individualized treatment plans to restore function, improve mobility, and support safe transitions home for adult populations. Collaborate with interdisciplinary medical teams to reduce injury risk and promote wellness in a post-acute environment. Requires Florida Physical Therapy licensure and a DPT, MS, or BA.
