Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy evaluations, treatment planning, and intervention implementation for adult patients recovering from surgeries, strokes, orthopedic injuries, cardiac conditions, and neurological disorders across Gulf Coast SNU, Lee Memorial SNU, and HealthPark Care & Rehabilitation Center. Manage patient caseloads and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to restore function and support safe transitions home in a post-acute setting. Requires Florida Physical Therapy licensure and a DPT, MS, or BS; full-time role with salary ranging from $76,024 to $123,468 annually.
