Float Physical Therapist - Skilled Nursing (SNF/SNU)

Examine, evaluate, and test individuals with mechanical, physiological, and developmental impairments to determine diagnoses, prognoses, and treatment plans. Design, implement, and modify interventions to alleviate functional limitations while reducing injury risks and promoting fitness across adult populations recovering from surgeries, strokes, orthopedic injuries, cardiac conditions, and neurological disorders. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams at Gulf Coast SNU, Lee Memorial SNU, and HealthPark Care & Rehabilitation Center to restore mobility and support safe transitions home. Utilize EPIC for documentation and maintain professional conduct through critical thinking and effective communication.
