Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy evaluations, treatment planning, and intervention implementation for adult patients recovering from surgeries, strokes, orthopedic injuries, cardiac conditions, and neurological disorders across Gulf Coast Skilled Nursing Unit, Lee Memorial Skilled Nursing Unit, and HealthPark Care & Rehabilitation Center. Manage patient caseloads and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to restore function and support safe transitions home. Float between these three Fort Myers locations to gain diverse clinical experience in post-acute rehabilitation settings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Masters, or Doctor of Physical Therapy
- Physical Therapy License (State of Florida)
