Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy evaluations, treatment planning, and interventions for adult patients recovering from surgeries, strokes, orthopedic injuries, and complex medical conditions across Gulf Coast SNU, Lee Memorial SNU, and HealthPark Care & Rehabilitation Center. Manage patient caseloads varying by location and complexity while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to restore mobility and support safe transitions home. Utilize EPIC EMR and maintain Florida Physical Therapy licensure. This float role offers diverse clinical exposure in post-acute settings within Lee Health's largest rehabilitation department.
Required Qualifications
