Job Summary
Examine, evaluate, and test individuals with mechanical, physiological, and developmental impairments to determine diagnoses, prognoses, and treatment plans. Design, implement, and modify interventions to alleviate functional limitations while promoting fitness and wellness across adult populations recovering from surgeries, strokes, cardiac conditions, orthopedic injuries, and neurological disorders. Reduce injury risks and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support safe transitions home in Gulf Coast, Lee Memorial, and HealthPark skilled nursing settings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors, Masters, or Doctor of Physical Therapy
- Physical Therapy License
- EPIC
