Float Physical Therapist - Skilled Nursing (SNF/SNU)

Conduct physical therapy evaluations, treatment planning, and intervention for adult patients recovering from surgeries, strokes, orthopedic injuries, and complex medical conditions across Gulf Coast SNU, Lee Memorial SNU, and HealthPark Care & Rehabilitation Center. Reduce injury risk and promote mobility, function, and independence while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to support safe transitions home. Manage daily caseloads varying by location and patient complexity, utilizing EPIC for documentation. Float between three Fort Myers, Florida skilled nursing units to gain diverse clinical experience in neurological, orthopedic, and cardiac rehabilitation settings.
