Job Summary
Examine, evaluate, and test individuals with mechanical, physiological, and developmental impairments to determine diagnoses, prognoses, and treatment plans. Design, implement, and modify interventions to alleviate functional limitations while reducing injury risk and promoting fitness across adult populations recovering from surgeries, strokes, joint replacements, cardiac conditions, and neurological disorders. Conduct ongoing assessments of treatment effects and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support safe transitions home. Float between Gulf Coast Skilled Nursing Unit, Lee Memorial Skilled Nursing Unit, and HealthPark Care & Rehabilitation Center in Fort Myers, Florida.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors, Masters, or Doctor of Physical Therapy
- Physical Therapy License (State of Florida)
- EPIC EMR System experience
