Job Summary
Examine, evaluate, and test individuals with mechanical, physiological, and developmental impairments to determine diagnoses, prognoses, and treatment plans. Design, implement, and modify interventions to alleviate functional limitations while promoting fitness and wellness across adult populations recovering from surgeries, strokes, orthopedic injuries, and cardiac conditions. Reduce injury risk and support safe transitions to home through individualized care in Gulf Coast Skilled Nursing Unit, Lee Memorial Skilled Nursing Unit, and HealthPark Care & Rehabilitation Center. Float between these three Fort Myers facilities to gain diverse clinical experience with varying patient complexities. Utilize EPIC for documentation and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to restore mobility and independence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors, Masters, or Doctor of Physical Therapy
- Physical Therapy License
- State of Florida Licensure
