Job Summary
Provide excellent customer care for daily transactions, inquiries, and problem resolution while adhering to bank policies and maintaining customer confidentiality. Actively identify customer needs to initiate conversations for cross-selling retail products and services, then refer customers to appropriate business partners and track referral progression using dashboards. Handle consumer and business customer problems professionally, directing complex issues to leadership as necessary, and maintain a balancing record by finding and correcting outages. Travel to various Financial Centers within the market to support operations. Perform daily office responsibilities with the platform team, participate in huddles and sales meetings, and continuously update knowledge of retail policies and procedures. Maintain a friendly demeanor and professional image while interacting comfortably with the public.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- Ability to perform advanced math functions
- Ability to present a professional image
- Ability to interact comfortably and confidently with the public
- Ability to initiate dialogue
- Ability to properly read and write well enough to communicate in both oral and written form
- Minimum of 2 years of CSR experience
- Ability to take initiative
- Ability to utilize sound judgment in decision-making
- Ability to demonstrate diplomacy and tact in problem resolution
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to interact well, and in a positive manner, with co-workers and management
- Flexibility in scheduling
- SAFE Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS)
- Ability to travel to various Financial Centers within the market
