Job Summary
Provide excellent customer care by addressing inquiries, resolving problems, and referring customers to appropriate business partners. Maintain a developed rapport with the customer base while answering questions, finding solutions, and keeping all business confidential. Perform daily office responsibilities by working with the platform team to maintain efficient operations and balancing records in line with policy. Handle consumer and business customer problems professionally, directing complex issues to leadership as necessary. Consistently meet or exceed sales referrals by initiating conversations to uncover customer needs and utilizing appropriate tools for tracking referral progression. Actively participate in daily huddles, sales meetings, and staff meetings while continuously increasing knowledge through self-motivation and in-house training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- Ability to perform advanced math functions
- Ability to present a professional image
- Ability to interact comfortably and confidently with the public
- Ability to initiate dialogue
- Ability to properly read and write well enough to communicate in both oral and written form
- Minimum of 2 years of CSR experience
- Ability to take initiative
- Ability to utilize sound judgment in decision-making
- Ability to demonstrate diplomacy and tact in problem resolution
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to interact well, and in a positive manner, with co-workers and management
- Flexibility in scheduling
- SAFE Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS)
- Ability to travel to various Financial Centers within the market
