Float Personal Banker Associate I - Orlando, FL

Float Personal Banker Associate I is a Financial Center role focused on using a consultative sales process to identify and meet customers’ financial needs, with rotations through operations and Sales & Service during a 4–8 week onboarding and education program that may lead to a Retail Personal Banker I. Responsibilities include processing teller transactions, cross-selling to existing customers, engaging in outside sales activities, and collaborating with partners across Mortgage, Small Business, and Commercial teams. The position emphasizes building customer relationships, maintaining confidentiality, adhering to policies, and demonstrating knowledge of Retail products and procedures; familiarity with NMLS regulatory requirements (S.A.F.E. Act) and risk-management practices is noted. Travel for training is expected, and the role requires the ability to represent the bank professionally and to maintain ethical behavior.
