Job Summary
Program begins with 4-8 weeks of onboarding and an education program featuring rotations in operations and Sales & Service, culminating in certification to perform as a Retail Personal Banker I. The role uses consultative sales to identify and meet customers' financial needs, with emphasis on acquiring new households and deepening relationships through lobby leadership or aisle-time activities, plus tele-consulting. Responsibilities include processing teller transactions, cross-selling to existing customers, coordinating with Mortgage/Small Business/Commercial/Investment partners, and maintaining customer satisfaction and ethical conduct while adhering to risk-management and policy requirements. Travel for training is required; NMLS/S.A.F.E. Act registration is required at employment time.
