Job Summary
Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care by monitoring patients before, during, and after treatment, setting up equipment, and recording vital signs. Educate patients on treatment and kidney health while collaborating with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members under RN supervision. Float between local clinics in Spokane, Washington, and work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Requires a high school diploma or GED, comfort with needles, and physical stamina for long shifts on your feet.
Required Qualifications
- Accredited High School diploma, general education development (GED) credential, or equivalent
- Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
- Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
- Willing to float between local clinics if needed
- Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Strong attention to detail
- Helping customers gives you energy
- Get charged up by interacting with others
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license

Desired Qualifications
