Job Summary
Float Patient Care Technician to support patients with end-stage renal disease in outpatient dialysis clinics; provide direct, hands-on dialysis care under RN supervision; monitor patients before, during, and after treatment; set up and maintain dialysis equipment; record vital signs and patient data; educate patients on treatment and kidney health; collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members; float between local clinics as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Accredited High School diploma, general education development (“GED”) credential, or equivalent
- Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
- Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
- Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
