Job Summary
Float Nurse Practitioner role requiring flexibility to cover shifts for absent teammates and vacancies across various locations within the state/region. Responsibilities include relationship-based, preventive, and chronic disease management with a focus on wellness and patient education, in a high-trust, patient-first environment. Travel to multiple locations within CA/region is required. Must hold an active Nurse Practitioner license with ANCC or AANP board certification; DEA number and CPR/BLS certification are preferred/required as applicable by state. Collaboration with diverse teams and provision of autonomous, continuous care across settings are key elements of the role. Compensation ranges from $72 to $90 per hour, reflecting geographic location and experience.
Required Qualifications
- Active license & current ANCC or AANP board certification required
- Independent practice provider preferred, where applicable per State regulation
- Federal DEA number preferred; may be required for full prescribing ability
- CPR/BLS certification required at time of start date
- Independent family practice experience including routine wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visit, preferred
