Job Summary
Provide exceptional patient care across multiple units by administering medications accurately, documenting treatments thoroughly, and managing disease processes ranging from minor to critical situations. Maintain a positive attitude and reliable presence while building trust with patients and teams. This role requires an unencumbered Arkansas RN license with one year of critical care experience, BLS certification, and potential ACLS/PALS credentials. Full-time employment includes a $25,000 sign-on bonus, clinical ladder participation pay, and relocation assistance. Work at CHI St. Vincent North, a regional health network with a strong neuro and cardiac focus.
Required Qualifications
- Unencumbered license to practice as an RN in the State of Arkansas
- One (1) Year Of Experience In Critical Care environment
- Basic Life Support (BLS) with the American Heart Association (AHA)
Desired Qualifications
- Additional certifications (like ACLS and PALS)
