Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive financial reviews for new members using the D.R.S.W. model, identify cross-sell opportunities, and recommend appropriate product solutions. Handle ongoing member service, account maintenance, and cash transactions while acting as a Notary Public where assigned. Facilitate offsite presentations to Select Employer Groups to drive membership growth and serve as a liaison between members and internal departments. Travel to multiple branch locations within the DC metro area to ensure consistent service coverage. Maintain member relationships through outbound calling and relationship management software while adhering to all credit union policies.
Required Qualifications
- High school education or GED
- Two to five years of similar or related experience
- Flexibility to travel to multiple branches throughout the DC metropolitan area
- Ability to be a Notary Public in the state where you are assigned to work
- Excellent interpersonal engagement and presentation skills
