Job Summary
Float Medical Assistant position supporting multiple Tennessee clinics (Hendersonville, Chattanooga, and Murfreesboro) with responsibilities including performing manual vitals, blood draws, and IM/SC injections, maintaining lab equipment and lab results documentation, processing in-house labs or preparing specimens for external labs, completing weekly inventory and communications, assisting with front desk duties, and ensuring a positive patient experience. Requires flexibility to travel between Hendersonville, Franklin, and Murfreesboro locations; HS diploma or GED is required; Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy Certification is preferred; minimum 3 months of relevant medical experience or 180 extern hours; ability to venipuncture and perform injections preferred; willingness to work late shifts and up to three Saturdays per month; must pass a background check.
