Job Summary
Conduct patient care and administrative duties as a Medical Assistant across various CenterWell Clinics in the Phoenix metro area. Discuss symptoms, obtain vital signs, administer medications and vaccines, and perform phlebotomy while collecting specimens and conducting screening tests. Sterilize equipment, maintain exam rooms, and document in electronic records. Collaborate with providers within certification limits and run the Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. Requires certification, phlebotomy experience, medication administration skills, and 1+ years of MA experience. Full-time 40-hour schedule with a starting pay range of $44,900 - $60,200.
Required Qualifications
- Certified or Registered
- Phlebotomy experience
- Medication/vaccine administration experience
- 1+ years MA experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CPR Certified
- Patient facing
- Run the Tuberculosis (TB) screening program
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years MA experience in PCO center
- Value Based Care experience including knowledge of HEDIS, CPT/ICD coding, and CAHPS/HOS Patient Experience
