Float LPN

Conduct assessments, follow protocol, report medical or behavioral changes, and document findings. Perform admission duties including completing assessments, medication administration records, and chart setups while reviewing physician orders. Manage discharges by completing documentation, notifying physicians and guardians, and arranging transportation. Provide wound care by following protocols to irrigate, pack, and remove dressings. Lead CNAs and CMTs, ensuring compliance with facility protocols and policies. Respond effectively to emergency situations.
